  I charge a $50 consultation fee for all new clients, which covers our initial planning session and basic itinerary development. Additional fees may apply for extensive research, complex bookings, frequent changes, or larger group coordination. My fee structure reflects the personalized service and expertise you receive – you’re investing in professional travel planning that saves you time and creates exceptional experiences.

• How far in advance do I need to book?

  For best availability and rates, I recommend 2-3 months for domestic travel and 6-8 months for international trips. However, I specialize in last-minute arrangements and can often work miracles even with short notice, especially for business travel emergencies.
